In-person attendees can order a T-shirt when registering for the conference through our online platform. How do I get my T-shirt?
For those who register as in-person attendees, we plan to have T-shirts ready for pick-up at the registration/check-in area during conference activities. If you are unable to attend the Meetings for whatever reason, after the Meetings you may contact the conference organizers (astrid@austin.utexas.edu and milady@austin.utexas.edu) to coordinate a time to pick-up the T-shirt at The Mesoamerica Center during regular business hours. No mail delivery service option is available at this time.
For those who register as virtual attendees, regrettably this year we do not have T-shirt purchase options. Conference T-shirts will be available for in-person pick-up only during the Meetings. Unfortunately, due to challenges with university mail delivery service options, we currently have no reliable mail system available for shipping and tracking T-shirts. For virtual attendees wishing to purchase a T-shirt, if you know someone attending in-person, please coordinate with them.
Will there be T-shirts for sale during the Meetings?
There will be a limited number of T-shirts available for in-person purchase during the Meetings, but we highly encourage all in-person attendees to order their T-shirts when completing the online registration. For day-of, in-person purchases, we can accept cash, check or charge the credit card that was used when completing the online registration.
