Were you unable to participate in The 2022 Virtual Mesoamerica Meetings?
Good news! You can now register for our Video Archive Access option and catch up on what you missed.
Visit our registration website and sign-up for our "Video Archive Access" option for $15.00! This fee will give each registrant access to our password-protected streaming website where you will enjoy the following features:
- All recorded segments of the conference that streamed live (opening remarks, online workshop, symposium talks, and closing remarks)
- Unlimited access to the video archive for streaming until December 31, 2022
- Flexibility to watch on your laptop, tablet, or cell phone anytime and anywhere with an internet connection
And new this year! All videos are captioned. Presentations in Spanish are also captioned in English translation. Select the "CC" button at the bottom right corner of each video to turn captions on
Each registrant will receive a password in the registration confirmation email that is sent after completing the online registration process. Registrants are required to enter their password to access the video archive portal to stream content.

**Please note: If you previously registered to participate in the live streamed 2022 Mesoamerica Meetings by January 18, 2022, you do not need to re-register to access the Video Archive. Please check your email for a message from The Mesoamerica Center with the subject line "The 2022 Mesoamerica Meetings - Video Archive Access and more!" If you are having trouble accessing the site, please contact us.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Registration – Register and pay for the "Video Archive Access" option using our online platform: https://cvent.utexas.edu/d/v8qjzy/
- Confirmation Email and Video Archive Access– Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with your confirmation number. The link to the online video archive along with your password will be included in your Confirmation Email. Please save this email with your confirmation number and password/link information, so that you can access as needed for the rest of the year.
