Then you're in luck! You can register for our Video Archive Access and take advantage of our limited-time streaming opportunity.
Visit our registration website and sign-up for our "Video Archive Access" option for $15.00! This fee will give each registrant access to our password-protected streaming website where you will enjoy the following features:
- All recorded segments of the conference that streamed live (welcome remarks, symposium talks, and closing remarks).
- Unlimited access to the online video archive for streaming until March 2024, when the 2024 Mesoamerica Meetings Online Video Archive is planned to be launched.
- Flexibility to watch on your laptop, tablet, or cell phone anytime and anywhere with an internet connection
Plus! Greater accessibility with our closed captioning function. All videos are captioned. Presentations and Q&A sessions in Spanish are also captioned in English translation. Select the "CC" button at the bottom right corner of each video to turn captions on.
Each registrant will receive a password in the registration confirmation email that is sent after completing the online registration process. Registrants are required to enter their password to access the online video archive portal to stream content. Registration for our Video Archive Access ends March 1, 2024.
**Please note: If you registered to participate in The 2023 Mesoamerica Meetings by February 11, 2023 as either an in-person attendee or virtual attendee, you do not need to re-register to access the online video archive.

HOW TO REGISTER
- Registration - Register and pay for the "Video Archive Access" option using our online platform: https://cvent.utexas.edu/d/n9qfp4/
When you reach the Registration Type page, please immediately click Next at the bottom of the page to continue (registration type has already been defaulted to Other). Then follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
- Confirmation Email and Video Archive Access - Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with your confirmation number. The link to the online video archive along with your password will be included in your Confirmation Email. Please save this email with your confirmation number and password/link information, so that you can access as needed through the end of the year.
