Frequently Asked Questions

REGISTRATION

Do I need a UT EID to register?

No. The Mesoamerica Meetings are open to all scholars, students, and the interested public. The registration site was designed for access without a UT EID. If you register as a "Full-time Student", as a "Resident of Latin America", or at the "UT Austin Affiliate" price for faculty, staff, and students with current UT EID, please have an image of your student ID, an ID showing an address in Latin America, or UT ID ready to upload when you go through the online registration system. If you don't have an image of the document to upload in order to register at the discounted price, please follow the registration process for "Regular" price.

How do I pay for the registration?

Please go to The Mesoamerica Meetings REGISTRATION link, click on the workshop and/or symposium, and proceed to checkout. The registration site was designed to accept major credit cards including foreign cards, so follow the instructions on the page. Once your workshop/conference payment has been processed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation receipt with the details of your registration. The email will be sent to the email address you have provided during the registration process. If you have not received an electronic receipt, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
